We collect only the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form: full name, company, email address, phone number, subject and message content. The date and time of your message and a hashed value of your IP address are recorded automatically for abuse prevention.

We process your data exclusively to respond to your inquiry, conclude and perform a contract or carry out pre-contractual measures at your request, and to comply with legal obligations.

The legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)), and the legitimate interest of the controller in ensuring website security and preventing abuse.

Contact form data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last communication or until consent is withdrawn. After this period the data is permanently deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

You have the right to access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si). You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@futura-plus.si.
